OK, so we inherited the name and contemplated whether to keep it or not. Sajani, what does that actually mean? Is it an Indian Company? Is it an Ice Cream Brand? What does it have to do with what we do? Turns out that it is a mixture of Kid's names (Sam, James & Nic) made into one - Who would have thought?
